Symptoms of a dark attack

Swimming in the vast and deep ocean of the occult, magick, and witchcraft (or just living upon this Earth), one can experience various symptoms that indicate that a psychic or magic attack is underway.

These things are genuine and can have increasingly adverse outcomes:

- maybe there is someone who thinks of you with intense negative emotions and intentions,
- maybe someone hexes or curses you,
- maybe even sends you a spirit (a black witch spirit, a demon, etc.) intending to cause your troubles.

- it is also possible that old, the so-called trans-incarnation pacts with the dark spirits, are still active and are disturbing your newly acquired peace of mind in a new body.

- maybe a trans-generational curse is still active, and/or a pact with a dark spirit has been made by one of your ancestors, messing up the whole lineage of your family.

- maybe you over eagerly performed some dark ritual, made a questionable agreement with a dark spirit, did not give the spirit a license to depart, forgot to banish afterward, etc., and now all the hell broke loose.

- maybe an old house is haunted by an evil spirit of a man or woman who died there.

As I said, these things are very real and do happen.

So how can one know that "something" is out of order?

Here are the most common sudden symptoms of psychic and/or magical attack:

  • Obsessive negative thoughts, especially about attacks, accidents, depressive thoughts - just out of the blue.
  • Recurring nightmares where you are being hunted, strangled, hanged, or otherwise killed or tortured; nightmares of blood and cutting flesh.
  • A severe and localized sharp pain in the body (headache, toothache, chest pain).
  • A clear sense of heaviness on your shoulders or pressure over specific areas of your physical body.
  • Frequent temperature changes in your body (in a non-changing environment).
  • A sensation or vague intuitive perception that you are being observed by something dark.
  • Feeling drained of your energy; a sudden drop in your energy level.
  • An unexpected and causeless illness.
  • Cold shivers over your body without any environmental cause.
  • Having really bad luck all of a sudden.
  • Having difficulties succeeding in business, failing exams, losing money income - all in short periods.
  • Losing memory, blur vision, disorientation, suddenly becoming distracted, irritated for no reason, blank mind.
  • Emotional outbursts with no reasonable cause (you lash out on others, break things in your home, etc.).
  • Hearing things when no one is around.
  • Losing psychic abilities fast.
  • Objects in your home or office are falling, moving by themselves; kitchen appliances stop working all of a sudden.
  • Being waked up from your night sleep or afternoon nap by a touch on your feet, hands, head.
  • Hearing or sensing someone calling your name causes you to have panic attacks.
  • Your child or children wake up at night screaming, stiff cold, disoriented, or falling off the bed hurting themselves.
  • Sudden loss of control or lucidity in your dreams by some spirit taking over your dream/astral body.
  • Dreaming of having sex with some dream entity over and over again.

Killing God

Decades back, when I was only starting to (intellectually at first) explore various paths, I read a booklet about Zen Buddhism. I don't remember the title but what I clearly remember is an amazement I felt when I read that a well known Zen Master said: "If you meet the Buddha in person, kill him!"

My puny little intellect was in no condition to comprehend the depth of such a statement. My attachments to some godform or another were too strong...

...and now a few decades fast forward to present situation: after a few thousands hours of meditation, hundreds of Tantric and LHP rituals of evocation and invocation and sex magic, and really a lot of Vajrayana level of Work (Chöd, Anuttarayoga Tantra and Mahamudra/Dzogchen meditations), I slowly but surely begin to comprehend the "to kill the Buddha" notion.

Human awareness is really complex. I have had my share of formal studies on the subject of various levels of human consciousness and modern transpersonal psychology offers some interesting observations.

There are various levels of identity development all humanity goes through. And at the transpersonal or spiritual side of things there are three levels:
- the Subtle (one identifies with multitude of godforms, spirits, angels, demons, higher selves etc.),
- the Causal (one identifies with the so called "I am presence", the Oneness, the One God, Source of everything, God the father etc.) and
- the Nondual (way beyond all godforms, ideas, any kind of identifications: emptiness - sunyata in Sanskrit).

The famous Zen Master mentioned above obviously went all the way and saw through every single idea, through every form/godform, through every existing structure, all of which enabled him to express his detachment regarding the Buddha, the original Zen Master.

So now when I read in a book or in a sincere sharing in Facebook post that someone is totally ecstatic and full of joy when aware and sharing "I have killed the god", now I am able to understand that this is not a statement of a madman or self-inflated-egomaniac or darkness-personified in deluded-satanist but of a person who has (probably) de-identified with all the personal (authentic) and transpersonal (Subtle, Causal and Nondual) notions and identifications.

And that truly is overwhelmingly breathtaking to some student on the Path like me...

... to a thoroughly realized master, on the other hand, that state of consciousness is as natural as breathing:

"With no gods to worship, no spirits to exorcise,
No culture of meditation, unpretentious, free and easy,
Here is an unaffected lord without pride in his sense of totality,
And wide open, hanging loosely, in spontaneity and oneness,
Without need to act, secure in the now, stress-free,
We are happy."
-Longchenpa

Let me close this article with a quote from yet another true Master:

"The very meaning of the 'Mahamudra - Great Perfection', refers to the true primordial state of every individual and not to any transcendent reality."
- Chogyal Namkhai Norbu

May we all attain, on our own, following whichever path!

The Evocation of Lilith

This ritual should be performed during New Moon. The magician must not have sex for the previous 11 days, and also, shouldn’t sleep 24 hours before the ritual.

You will need two black candles, and strong incense like Dragon’s Blood or Musk; the Black Mirror and the Seal of Lilith.

Lit the candles and the incense, and focus your attention on the seal. Once you have done this, begin chanting either aloud or mentally, the following mantra eleven times:

Renich viasa avage lillith lirach

Feel the dark energy around you. When you feel ready, spill some of your blood on the seal and then begin with the invocation:

Ishet Zenunim Taninsam Ama Lilith Liftoach Kliffot!
In this Dark Night, it’s my true will to evoke the Queen of Sitra Ahra Lilith, Queen of Harlotry,
Mother of all Demons, Mistress of Gamaliel, Unholy Mother of Prostitution, appear before me,

This Black Mirror is a Portal to the Other Side, A living manifestation of your Timeless Power! Lepaca Gamaliel! Lepaca Lilith!
Obscene Bloodthirsty Mother, Black Madonna,
Open the portals to the Other Side and appear on this mirror,
Teach me your Unholy Secrets, Great Mother of Demons,
appear and show me you true face, Because I am your son/daughter...

Ishet Zenunim Taninsam Ama Lilith Liftoach Kliffot!
(11x times)

In the name of the Dragon! Ho Drakon Ho Megas!

Begin touching yourself and focus your attention on the seal. When you reach orgasm, project the image of the seal in the mirror. Open your mind and let the experience flow free.

_____________

Here we see a typical dark ritual including fire, blood, words of power, orgasm, mirror.

Of course, offering blood or sperm to a spirit is a fast way up or down, depending on the operator's clarity of perception. Queen Lilith is not any spirit, of course, but the ride can get very rough nevertheless.

Good luck!

Lilith and Magical Initiation

Lilith
The role of Lilith as Queen of the Sitra Ahra is that of an initiatrix who, through a progressive descent to the depths of one’s soul, is revealing those parts of ourselves which we have banished into our unconscious. The sum of this denied material is our shadow.

The exploration of the dark side through qabalistic symbolism, is the exploration of the dark side, not only of one’s own soul, but also of mankind’s soul, as well as the cosmos itself.

Man, tamed by the commodities of modernity, has forgotten himself to become a piece of the great machine which is modern society. Existential questioning is by itself a useful tool to start freeing oneself from the paradigm, but this is not enough. Action is needed. Existentialism must serve to start a progressive process which ends with the maturity of man as creator of his own existence, and this can only be achieved through the exploration of one’s own being in all its dimensions. In this process, and because of the very nature of knowledge itself, man is transformed. How is this transformation possible? Through magical initiation.

Traditional initiatorical systems have decayed into mere speculative groups, only discussing the symbols and myths of their tradition, without actually applying their knowledge. Magic is a tool to achieve this realization, but only within an intiatorical context, this is, so that it allows the realization of the individual’s full potential. To do this, a system of magical initiation must not focus only on one aspect of the individual, but has to strive to reach a balance of the forces and potentials in order to reach a certain dynamism allowing the ascent of the spirit towards self realization.

Lilith is the initiatrix into the mysteries of the dark side and, as such, is the dark mother in whose womb we can only find death and desolation. But, as I’ve mentioned before, it is in this womb that we can find the secrets of divinity.

The quest for the inner divine spark requires sacrifices, and the payment for a new life in which one becomes the creator of his or her own reality, is that one must destroy their old life. In the Other Side, beyond God’s light, lies the power that modern man has forgotten and banished, a power that Lilith, as Queen of the Sitra Ahra, reveals to the adept who dares to enter her womb.

The blood of Lilith, the kalas of the Black Moon, is the poison which kills the children of men, but for those walking on the Left-Hand Path, this is the elixir of eternal life.

Lilith in dreams

After several hours long ritual with Queen Lilith, She appeared in my dreams as majestic, powerful and beautiful lion, much like the one there on the left.

Power, Love, Respect, Protection - that's what our relationship means.

In this particular dream we played, ran around, and when tired, we rested together on the ground. I could feel her strong heart beating and I felt completely safe. She then transformed into a lovely girl and conversed with me in my mother tongue.

The symbolism is telling, of course. Shakti, here in the form of my Lilith, is riding upon the lion which symbolizes strength, courage and leadership.

She is with me all the time, even in dreams.

Lilith, the Queen of sitra achra book:

"As Queen of Dreams the beautiful Goddess can easily mold the mental and astral conceptions of the being, it is in this fashion that she shows as one of the deities of the Arte with who the oniric works can be achieve with little effort; this as a consequence of the already mentioned earthy and lunar influence.

Even after a couple of invocative works the presence of Lilith in dreams will be felt, and even during the drowsiness the sensation that a dark entity surrounds the walls of the bedroom and watch us can be very tangible.

It is in such intimates encounters that knowledge regarding her true nature can be gained, Lilith it is not limited by ceremonial rituals to impart her sapience, in fact, it is of her likeness to mostly made contact with her chosen in his/her moments of weakness, when the mental defences are deactivated in the longing for resting and the believe that the day is over."

Lilith the Queen of demons

Lilith, the Dark Queen of Demons

LILITH
Lilith is my favorite Queen as far as Dark Arts are concerned. We go a long way back and She has supported me in both spiritual and everyday lives.

She has many sigils (see one here to the left), aspects, names and abilities.

It takes years to master Her teachings and practices. She is very powerful and wise indeed:

"The Flame needs oxygen to live and I am both."

Lilith, the Queen of Sitra Aahra book:

"Ama Lilith is the Dark Mother. The progenitor of demons. She seduces us from the Dark Side of the Moon, leads on the men with sinful dreams of luxury and lechery. She leads women to the path of seduction, teaches them about free sexuality without restrictions. She teaches them the power of sex to express the True Will on earth.

She is Lilith, the Black Madonna, she is the one who hunts in dreams, becomes the nightmare of the Saint and good men. She is who confronts us with our deepest fears, dreams and longings. She is evil and seductress, and can be either an unbeatable ally or the worst of enemies.

Working with this aspect of Lilith is going to open our minds, and lead our soul to dark regions of the astral plane, to the Black Side of the Moon; where the nightmares dwell - the deepest fears and the vampire demons of sexuality, the Incubus and the Succubus.

Those who are not ready to pass the tests that await on the Realms of the Black Moon, will be the victims of these demons. Those will be an empty vessel of flesh, tormented by the nocturnal horrors.

But those who are able to go deep into the darkness of their own being, and raise from it, will gain powerful allies and learn the secrets of the Dark Moon Magic and the Secrets of Lilith herself."

As I said, She has been in my lives for a very long time and She taught me really a lot. To me, She represents pure Love here above the Abyss: Light and Wisdom and Understanding.

Lets take a look at some of Her abilities:

- to suduce anyone, sexually, by bending their will, altering thoughts,
- She knows (and can teach) the secrets of sexual magick,
- to bring pleasures, enjoyments,
- to bestow fierce independance, powerfull will, freedom from moral justice, dignity,
- She can bring anyone under magus control, totaly,
- She heals with laughter, good will, hapiness, joy,
- She bestows crystal clear view of the infernal realms, clairvoyance, clairaudiance, claircognizance,
- She bestows freedom and independance from others and from relationships,
- She bestows understanding, wisdom and light unto magus,
- She enjoys rough sex, she is insatiable,
- She commands all infernal spirits as she is their Queen,
- She works with Lucifer / Samael, her wish is his command,
- She is loyal unto magus, offering him everything,
- She protects the magus in everyday life, dreaming, sleep, astral travels,
- She gives faitful and loyal familiars to magus,
- Her number is 3 and 6.

One has to treat Her with respect. She needs nothing from a magus, for She sees through him and if he is not careful, his illusions and attachments maight destroy him.

"I give everything, just don't be afraid to look."
- Lilith

We can evoke and invoke Her by employing this extremly potent words of power:

Renich viasa avage lillith lirach

Enjoy!!

Astaroth

Original text from the Ars Goetia:

“The Twenty-ninth Spirit is Astaroth. He is a Mighty, Strong Duke, and appeareth in the Form of an hurtful Angel riding on an Infernal Beast like a Dragon, and carrying in his right hand a Viper.
Thou must in no wise let him approach too near unto thee, lest he do thee damage by his Noisome Breath. Wherefore the Magician must hold the Magical Ring near his face, and that will defend him.
He giveth true answers of things Past, Present, and to Come, and can discover all Secrets. He will declare wittingly how the Spirits fell, if desired, and the reason of his own fall. He can make men wonderfully knowing in all Liberal Sciences.
He ruleth 40 Legions of Spirits. His Seal is this, which wear thou as a Lamen before thee, or else he will not appear nor yet obey thee, etc. “

From the Luciferian Goetia by Michael Ford

“Astaroth appears as a hurtful angel who rides upon an infernal dragon. He is ghostly pale in color, something like a corpse with blackened eyes – no pupils. Astaroth also has long hair, and appears with a crown upon his head and a viper in his left (or right) hand, which are clawlike and bestial.
Astaroth is a high Luciferic angel, whom is a very powerful guardian spirit to invoke. Astaroth is uniquely balanced in nature – being a mix of angel and demon, thus is a model and initiatory force in the workings of the Angelic and Bestial Servitors – that in union the spirit proves a balanced articulation and representation of the self.
Astaroth governs 40 Legions of Spirits, and shadows forth ones own HGA/Angelic Familiar or initiator unto the path.
Astaroth has been known to initiate or lead one unto the Luciferian Path of selfdeification.“

From the Daemonolatry Goetia by S. Connolly

“A Daemoness of Divination. Invoke her for skrying especially. She is also a Daemoness of friendship and love and can help you find these things.”

Lucifer is NOT Evil / Satan!

Lucifer is described to be the greatest of all gods creations which means the only being he comes second to is likely god. Lucifer is god's favorite and the most beautiful angel.

He allegedly tried to take over heaven, apparently was the result of pride, jealousy, and discontent. But lets be honest, Lucifer was doing this as no doubt he disagreed with how his father was running things. Many beings can relate to him because most of the time parents don't agree with children if they try to correct them. As well as one-third of all the angels left god for the sake of following Lucifer.

Now ask yourself, someone as powerful as god, losing followers to someone less powerful. Who do you think is right in that situation? Because normally when you can chose between the most powerful being and the second most powerful, you go with the most powerful. Unless the most powerful is that unlikable in which case you go with the underdog. My point being, maybe Lucifer was onto something. Again I point out that God made Lucifer better than everything. Maybe Lucifer was made a little too well made. And because of that he was able to see right through God.

After all it wasn't Lucifer who was responsible for the whole Noah's ark incident. It was god who committed genocide against the entire planet with the exception of a few human beings and a small group of animals. How can you not agree with Lucifer at this point? Because based on that you can see where God made a horrible mistake. Lucifer has not to this day committed such a massive genocide against the human race. God also has ridiculous laws like if you eat from the tree of knowledge I will kill you. What kind of saying is that?

They say Lucifer uses every conceivable way to deceive and destroy people. But that doesn't seem likely to me. What it appears is someone out of all the angels was willing to stand up and say God I don't really agree with you. And as a result God did everything he could to slander this angel to make himself look good, and this angel look like evil. All for the sake of continuing his following and have human beings like you worship him. I mean what happened when Lucifer disagreed with him? That's right, he got kicked out of heaven, just like when you disagree with your parents, they will kick you out of their house.

My point is that Lucifer isn't evil most people think of him as. He just disagreed with the most powerful being. And in return that being kicked Lucifer out of his home and into everlasting torcher where he always is getting burned.

The Sigil of Lucifer - An Exploration

The symbol which has become known as the Sigil of Lucifer is from a cluster of symbols found in the Grimorium Verum (Latin for “Grimoire of Truth”) which are supposed to be used in the calling forth of "Lucifer" (literally "Light Bringer" in Latin,) the archetype of discovering hidden knowledge and approached as an entity in the context. This sigil is believed to have most likely derived from a magic square, the origins of which are now lost. Other than this, very little has been written describing the meaning of the various components of this Sigil. Here I will share the various insights that I have personally gained over the years through contemplation. You may have your own insights and you are encouraged to explore these symbols further on your own.

Triangle

The Sigil of Lucifer includes two downward pointing triangles. There is a large one and also a smaller one formed in part by the X. The smaller one is a symbol of elemental Water - the realm of the emotions. In addition, it is a representation of the Subconscious Mind and a symbol of the Feminine polarity. This is appropriate because Lucifer is the Latin word for the planet Venus (named after the Roman goddess of the same name) in its aspect as the Morning Star. In every culture that I can think of, past and present, the planet Venus has been considered feminine. Also, in the Left Hand Path of Hindu Tantra (the origin of the term “Left Hand Path”) the divine feminine is heavily focused on.

The term Left Hand Path itself is sometimes said to have originated from the Hindu Tantric custom of having the woman sit to the left of her male partner during their practices. Based on the shape of the larger triangle it could easily be thought of as the bottom point of an inverted pentagram. The pentagram itself is also associated with the planet Venus. If we track the movement of Venus against the backdrop of stars, it traces a pentagram in the sky every forty years.

Of course a pentagram (inverted or otherwise) has five points and if this triangle is one of these, it would be the point related to the element of Spirit. In an inverted pentagram this Spirit is considered to be incarnate in Matter. It is my opinion that the term Quintessence is more accurate than Spirit. Quintessence is the Fifth Element. It comes into existence when the element of Earth is broken down into its component elements of Water, Fire and Air (sometimes called Salt, Sulphur and Mercury in the art and science of Alchemy), each of which is then separated, purified and recombined. In a sense we can say that Earth is the corrupt and mortal form whereas Quintessence is the perfected and immortal form. Therefore, this larger triangle represents the alchemical process of turning Earth into Quintessence. This process is called Apotheosis, or becoming divine. This is one of the primary goals on the Left Hand Path.

V

The letter “V” is at the bottom of the Lucifer sigil. There are many ways to interpret this element. Here are a few of the ideas that have come to me while contemplating it. V stands for Victory. Victory is any manner of achievement. Along with victory comes a well-deserved sense of Pride, one of the folkloric attributes of Lucifer. This needs to be distinguished from an overinflated sense of pride, which is simply delusion. A genuine sense of Pride is a result of achieving your goals. The V hand sign or “mudra” is made with the index and middle fingers extended and spread apart while the rest of the fingers are curled in. When displayed with the palm facing outward it represents both Victory and Peace. To reverse this and show the sign with the palm facing inwards is considered a vulgar sign and is used to insult another person.

In occult tradition, the V posture, standing with each arm up at a 60° angle is referred to as the Sign of Typhon. Typhon is a half-brother of Prometheus and is described as a dragon or flying serpent with one hundred heads. In some stories, Typhon was created to be the arch-villain of Zeus, king of the gods and as such Typhon can be seen as a force of Chaos. The V posture is also referred to as the Sign of Apophis, named after an Egyptian serpent god of Chaos. Both have much of the same meaning as a force which breaks down the established Order allowing for new forms to arise. In Alchemy this is the stage of Fermentation. We can perhaps go back even further in history and connect this with the Sumerian-Babylonian dragon goddess of chaos, named Tiamat. I encourage you to research the mythology of Tiamat for further insight into this.

The letter V is the middle letter in the Latin word LVX, meaning Light. This of course brings us back to the meaning of Knowledge and Awareness. There are other traditional occult postures for the letters L and X, each with their own meanings. The letter V is also the Roman numeral for the number Five. There are five points on a pentagram, the same shape that the planet Venus traces in the sky when it goes through its eight year cycle five times. Venus, when seen in the morning after all the other stars and planets have faded from view but before the sun has risen, is referred to as The Morning Star. Light being a universal symbol of knowledge and awareness since time immemorial, the Morning Star calls forth or heralds the light of day. This is symbolic of a dawning awareness and shares a similar meaning to the rooster in this regard. The ancient Romans actually used the word Lucifer to describe the Morning Star. With all this in mind, it is interesting to note that the letter V is also the first letter of the word Venus.

Another connection with the number five is the idea that we are in the Fifth Age. This comes from the concept that the ancient Mayans believed themselves to be living in the Fourth Creation. This also meant that the End of the World had occurred three times previously and replaced by a new creation. December 21st, 2012 CE marked the end of the Mayan Long Count calendar and the beginning of the Fifth Creation or what I refer to as the New Luciferian Era.

X

The X symbol is found near the top of the Sigil of Lucifer. This is a very powerful symbol on its own. A few associations that come to mind right away include the saying, “X marks the spot,” usually in reference to the location of buried treasure. Buried treasure in itself is an interesting concept. Treasure is anything of value. For this treasure to be buried means it is hidden, specifically under the surface of the Earth. It can be read as a symbol of the valuable insights one can gain from their own subconscious mind.

An X is also a Crossroads. This is the place at which one must make a decision that will change their life in some way. To be stuck at a crossroads is to be faced with such a difficult choice that we are hesitant to choose one path or another. It is important to weigh our options carefully, but ultimately one must actually make their choice and take personal responsibility for the consequences that follow. The crossroads is an in-between state and is traditionally said to be where one goes to meet the devil. Tales from folklore sometimes speak of obtaining a new skill from such a meeting. The devil is often a symbol for one’s own shadow – the collection of all the repressed traumas and rejected parts of the self. To become aware of, heal and integrate these shadow aspects of the self is to reclaim a part of one’s own soul. You attain a greater level of personal integrity and strength from meeting and embracing one’s own shadow.

X is also a Roman numeral. Its value is 10. In our standard base ten numbering system this represents a jump to a higher order. We’ve expanded into two columns of significance: a Tens column and a Ones column. The Arabic numeral 10 is composed of 1 and 0. In ancient times these two numbers were sometimes thought of as a "something" and a "nothing." The shape of the numerals themselves can also be said to represent the penis and the vagina, the combination of which creates new life. In modern times we also use the 1 and the 0 to represent On and Off. We call this Binary, meaning essentially Duality. Interestingly enough if you were to regard the numerals "10" as a Binary number, it would calculate out to the value of two, which again reinforces the idea of duality. To extend the analogy we can even say that it represents the Key to Life, which is the act of creation through the combination or resolution of a duality. Even the shape of an X shows the uniting of two things. In the sense that it is a cross, some have said that it represents the intersection of Heaven and Earth. All different ways of saying the same thing. Again, in the Hermetic Kabala the number 10 represents the fulfillment of the entire process of creation, from creative spark to full manifestation.

It also happens to be the last letter in the Latin word for Light, which of course is LVX. As mentioned above, the letter V can represent the Fifth Age that we have just entered. The X can represent the task we have in this New Luciferian Era to manifest the Light through our creative actions in this life. The traditional X posture in occultism is made when the individual places each of their hands on the opposite shoulder, creating an X over their chest with their forearms, right over left. It’s called the Sign of “Osiris Risen” and refers to the resurrection of Osiris from death and his ascension to the stars. I propose we could easily modify this to be more appropriate for the Left Hand Path by crossing left arm over the right arm and to focus more on the ascension to godhood. It is my personal inclination to do so, and furthermore to refer to this modified posture as the Sign of Marduk.
